"Slow response and not enough clarity"
I reached out to them about an issue I was having and didn’t hear anything back for quite a while. When they finally responded, it felt vague and didn’t really answer what I had asked. I ended up having to follow up again just to get a clearer update, which was frustrating. I don’t expect everything to be fixed instantly, but I do expect timely replies and straightforward communication from customer service.

"Fell apart way too fast"
I could kind of tell right away it felt cheap, but I figured maybe it would still hold up. Nope. After just a few uses, it basically gave out and didn’t even make it a full week. I’d assume there are better options out there for the money

"Something just felt off out on the water"
Once we actually got out there, it was harder to see than I expected, and the whole experience on the water just didn’t feel right. It wasn’t smooth, and I didn’t really feel like I could trust it. Maybe it works better in different conditions, but for me, something felt off the whole time.

"Didn’t fit my tower"
The mirror mount ended up being the wrong size for my tower, even though it seemed like it was supposed to fit. Kind of frustrating, and the whole experience felt a bit like there wasn’t really a real person there to help sort it out.

"Shipping was confusingly slow"
My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time ?? I kept checking it and couldn’t tell what was going on. I probably wouldn’t rely on them again if I needed parts by a certain date.

"Install ended up being a hassle"
I bought this from ptmwatersports.com thinking the install would be straightforward, but it turned into way more of a project than I expected. The instructions were vague, so I kept having to stop and figure out where things were supposed to go. It felt like they just left it on me to sort out the confusing parts. Took way longer than it should have, and overall it was a frustrating experience.
